Annual and Endowed Scholarships

John Carter Family Memorial Scholarship The John Carter Family Memorial Scholarship was funded through a bequest from the estate of Jane M. Carter whose mother was a Stout graduate and her father a Menomonie businessman. The scholarship is awarded to students of high scholastic standing who are in financial need. The annual awards vary.
