Otto Nitz Endowed Scholarship Otto Nitz was a revered UW-Stout faculty member remembered for his love of chemistry and for mentoring many of the students who had the privilege of having him as their teacher. The scholarship is awarded to applied science majors who have maintained a 3.0 or above GPA. The annual award is $400. Kaitlyn Jennings Nolato Contour Plastics Engineering Scholarship The Nolato Contour Plastics Engineering Scholarship was established to support incoming freshman enrolled in the Plastics Engineering Program, and hopefully attract more students to the program. Plastics engineering graduates are highly desirable and important for the economic development in this region. The annual award is $1,500 Jagar Stillson Gloria Sutton Noone Annual Scholarship Gloria Sutton Noone graduated with a B.S. in Home Economics Education in 1961. She established this fund to assist Family and Consumer Sciences Education students. The annual award is $1,000. Peyton Bork Mary Wilhelm Odell and William A. Odell Memorial Scholarship Mary and William Odell ‘39 left a portion of their estate to UW-Stout to provide scholarships. Education was very important to both the Odells. Prior to retirement, William supervised the industrial education programs for 17 schools in the Baltimore area. Mary taught elementary grades and special reading classes until her retirement. The scholarships are awarded to undergraduates with an education major and financial need. The annual awards are $1,100 each. Jackson Gardner Addison Murry Elliana Lone Payton Schneider
