4. Have documented proof of being “fully vaccinated,” which means that it has been two weeks or longer since the individual has completed the vaccine series AND the individual is asymptomatic.

iii. Participation is not allowed for those currently in quarantine or isolation. iv. Participants must report any positive Covid-19 test results if received prior to the program, during the program or within 3 days after the final day of programming. i. All participants and staff must engage in testing every three days (72 hours). c. Participants, Employees and Volunteers who have met all the following requirements are exempt from any testing requirement: i. If an individual is “fully vaccinated,” which means that it has been two weeks or longer since the individual has completed the vaccine series. ii. The facilitator can verify that the individual is fully vaccinated. iii. The individual is asymptomatic. d. If a Participant tests positive upon arrival: i. Asymptomatic participants testing positive upon arrival with the Abbott Binax NOW test will not be eligible to participate in the activity and must return home with the guardian until a negative PCR test is received. ii. Symptomatic participants testing positive upon arrival with the Abbott Binax NOW test will not be eligible to participate in the activity and must return home with the guardian. iii. All participants that are arriving in the same vehicle as a positive participant must return home until all carpoolers have received a negative PCR test. e. If a Participant tests positive during a program for COVID-19 with an Abbott Binax Now test: i. Isolate participant immediately. ii. Notify guardian to pick up the participant within one hour of notification for commuter programs or within 24 hours for residential programs. iii. Identify and list close contacts of the participant. iv. Notify the institution’s Precollege Liaison (Mandy Colby). v. Communicate the possible exposure to teachers, staff, and parents, guardians, or caregivers of students in the program. vi. Communicate with campus facility managers and implement your campus disinfecting and cleaning plan. vii. Work with campus leadership to assess transmission levels and support any contact tracing efforts requested by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) or your local public health department. viii.
