responsible for responding to COVID-19 concerns, such as director of the camp. Single Day Activity : Any activity in which a minor falls under the

custodial care or responsibility of the University or third party. The term “Single Day” is determined by the intention to only have one single day of programmatic interaction with each participant. A series of one day events that is marketed to and attended by the same participants, is considered to be a multi-day program for the intent of this policy. Therefore, our plans will be updated appropriately as more information becomes available.

SUMMER YOUTH EVENT REQUIREMENTS 1. General

a. Each Event must develop a COVID-19 Safety Plan that includes the following information: i. The process used to record daily attendance of the activity, including the name of the participant, name of the guardian(s), and contact information. ii. Roster of all employees and volunteers, including contact information. iii. A daily acknowledgment that each participant (including employees and volunteers) is asymptomatic upon arrival. iv. Isolation plan for any participant or employee pending pick up. v. A refund plan and calculations of proration for any participant which may become symptomatic and need to leave the event early. vi. Contact tracing plan vii. A food plan ( as applicable ) viii. A training plan for employees & volunteers on overseeing COVID-19 Protocols ix. PPE & sanitation needs and a procurement plan for those items Cohorts a. All group activities must be limited to not more than 25 participants including instructors, coaches, and chaperones. b. Participants must stay in the cohorts during the entire day. c. Each cohort must be recorded to ensure appropriate contact tracing. d. If an event has multiple cohorts, cohorts must have staggered schedules for use of a shared space (for example: staggered check-in times, meal times, etc.) to avoid cohorts intermingling. e. If any indoor space is being used by different cohorts on the same day, cleaning by appropriately trained staff must be done between uses. Gating a.
