STUDENT COUNSELING CENTER & STUDENT HEALTH SERVICES

We employ licensed and trained practitioners to meet the mental health and medical needs of our students.

Visit our Student Counseling Center and Student Health Services (operated by Prevea Health) to review the numerous clinical and mental health services available for students. Should you desire to transfer care to Stout please follow the instructions below.

Transferring Care

To transfer your care to one of our providers, please have your current mental health or medical practitioner send your treatment summary or medical records to the Student Counseling Center or Student Health Services Scheduling an Appointment Students can schedule appointments with the Student Counseling Center online at www.uwstout.edu/counseling , by calling 715-232-2468 , or by stopping into our office, 410 Bowman Hall . To make an appointment with Student Health Services, schedule your initial appointment at www.prevea.com/ corporate-health-wellness-businesses/uw-stout to dicuss your care needs, answer any questions you have about existing services, or complete any forms to ensure our records are up to-date. Subsequent appointments can be made at that time.
