Four staff members participated in the qualitative interviews. The staff members varied in age. Three of the four staff members identified as being male. Qualitative Interview Protocol. The qualitative interview protocol was developed by the researchers using the steps outlined by Creswell (2009). The interview protocol was designed after reviewing and examining job satisfaction literature and previous campus climate surveys.
