Additionally, ten Buprenorphine trainings are being hosted throughout the year by Wisconsin Society of Addiction Medicine to help medical providers combat opioid addiction (“Opioids,” 2018). The differences between Wisconsin and California’s approach to treating the same epidemic gives insight to numerous solutions to save lives across the country.
