Recreation Complex Renovation

Capital Budget Request The Recreation Complex Renovation project is Stout’s #1 capital project. In August 2024, the UW System Board of Regents affirmed their support of the project by ranking it #8 on the major projects request list. UW-Stout is seeking bonding authority in the 2025-27 capital budget. If approved, the Recreation Complex Renovation will be completed without the use of taxpayer dollars and funded entirely through donor support and student-approved fees.
