Due to COVID-19, we ask that you stay on campus and in Menomonie during the semester, rather than traveling outside of the community. If students need to use UW-Stout Rideshare for commuting, for running essential errands, or for making an essential trip outside of the community, please be sure to use these precautions: • If you are feeling sick or have any symptoms, stay at home and do not share a ride with anyone. • Drivers should disinfect their vehicles with an EPA- approved disinfectant for novel coronavirus before passengers enter the vehicle. • All people in the vehicle should wear a cloth face covering. If you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a face covering, be sure that all other people in the vehicle are wearing a cloth face covering. • If possible, ask the passenger to sit in the back seat to create physical distance.
