July 16th Fitness Operations open to campus at 25% capacity; masks and reservations required

Sept. 6th MPR, CW, & North Point FC open at or below 25% capacity for limited hours; open to campus & employee family members in the same household (18+)

May 10th Student memberships begin being charged for fitness and climbing; UW-Stout retirees welcomed back to utilize our facilities

General Operational Changes Lack of revenue due to no student membership fees for the fitness center or climbing wall during the academic year Frequent, rapid changes in campus and CDC guidelines made it difficult to plan Each change in guidelines required submission and approval from the campus COVID Response Team No community allowed in our operations during the academic year- Stout Adventures rentals were allowed in a contactless manner through their auxiliary door

Program Impact North Point Fitness Center only open set, staffed hours to ensure appropriate sanitization measures Fitness Center tapped into work study dollars for the first time to help cover student wages West Gym taken offline for COVID rapid testing, which resulted in group fitness classes being displaced to the Memorial Student Center and no open recreation space Challenge course and trips were halted for entire academic year MPR offline sporadically throughout the spring semester to host vaccination clinics

Johnson Fieldhouse offline all academic year for COVID legacy testing Intramurals limited in their offerings to 2v2 and non-contact activities
