Hub O. and Patricia B. Ranger Endowed Packaging Scholarship Both Patricia and Hub recognized the importance of education. Patricia served as the admissions director for Cardinal Stritch College, Milwaukee. Hub held various positions in the packaging industry and established Lachat Instruments Co. in 1981. He held four patents in packaging construction and testing devices. Mr. Ranger was a UW-Stout PMMI professor from 1987 through 1989 and while working in that capacity, realized we lost many bright students because they lacked the finances to continue their education.
