Stout University Foundation Scholarships

Stout Institute Reunion Endowed Scholarship This scholarship was established by the classes of 1930 to 1954 during their reunion who believe there is no greater gift than giving to a current student. With the increase in cost of education, scholarships often make the difference in whether a student may or may not complete his/her education. The annual award is $1,200. Trevor Locke Stout Scholars Award These scholarships recognize outstanding incoming first-year studentswith a 26 composite ACT score and who rank in the top 10% of their graduating classes. Qualified students are invited to campus to interview for these awards. The $5,000 scholarships are renewable for up to three years, or a maximum of $20,000 per student. Recipients of these awards must maintain high academic achievement to remain eligible to receive the awards for the four years. The Carol A. Dobrunz Memorial Endowment Fund provides major financial support for the Stout Scholars Program. Many other donors support Stout Scholars as they advance through their college careers. SCA was organized in the early 1980s and is funded by donations for the work that the organization performs on projects throughout the community. Volunteer labor is donated by the members of the organization. The mission of SCA is to provide professional and social development and community service activities broadening the educational scope of its membership. This scholarship provides assistance to a student who has shown a dedicated interest in SCA and the construction industry as a whole. The annual
