Stout University Foundation Scholarships
Bob and Debbie Meyer Endowed Scholarship UW-Stout graduates, Chancellor Emeritus Bob Meyer, B.S. 1980, M.S. 1983 and Debbie Meyer, B.S. 1982, M.S. 1998 established this scholarship to support students in the field of career and technical education or family and consumer sciences education. Bob and Debbie’s education at UW-Stout helped provide the foundation for their career opportunities in education, leadershipand service. They also recognize the tremendous current need for effective career and technical educators and have chosen to give back by providing scholarships to students majoring in related programs offered by UW-Stout. The annual award is $1,100. Lucas Bousley Margaret Micheels Endowed International Student Scholarship Dr. William Micheels, a former UW-Stout president, established this scholarship in memory of Margaret Micheels. This scholarship fund is for international students. The annual award is $700. Olusegun Ajibola Minnesota Precast Association Construction Management Fund Endowed Scholarship The MNPA (Minnesota Precast Association) Construction Management Scholarship Fund is dedicated to supporting and encouraging the educational pursuits of UW Stout students through academic grants. Their goal is to promote the education of pre-stressed, pre-cast concrete while helping deserving students achieve their collegiate and career goals. The annual award is $1,100. Austin Wedeking Moder Family Special Education Scholarship Charles and Dawn Graunke Moder, both 1985 graduates of UW-Stout, started this scholarship in honor of their daughter, Whitney, and her special education teachers. Whitney is a high functioning autistic, and her special education teachers were the cornerstone in her educational development. Through this scholarship, the Moder family hopes to support a student in the special education program who demonstrates the drive and skills to assist a variety of special needs students, including those on the autism spectrum.
