Cooperative Education & Internship Program (CEIP)

Centrally coordinated by Career Services, UW-Stout’s Cooperative Education & Internship Program (CEIP) offers current students a unique balance of classroom theory and periods of practical work experience to fulfill their academic requirements and enhance their employability before graduation. Built on a collaborative framework among employers, students and UW-Stout, CEIP courses provide students with academic credit while working in positions that align with their degree program. The CEIP features a range of paid and unpaid opportunities ranging from full-time to part-time positions on campus, in Wisconsin, across the U.S. and even overseas. 1,029 $19.74 CEIP Enrollments Average Hourly Wage

Spanning multiple days featuring industry-specific sessions, UW-Stout’s career conferences are among the largest and most-respected career events in the Midwest. Hosted in the fall and spring, annual career conferences attract hundreds of employers including Fortune 500 and prominent national and regional industry leaders, with longstanding recognition of Stout’s career-ready polytechnic graduates.
