STAYING IN THE LOOP > Read your email, go online, and attend upcoming events.
> Your Stout email is the official way the university communications with students. Departments will be sending you information and reminders that pertain to your arrival. >Download Microsoft Outlook on your phone or device to begin accessing your email now. Use your Stout credentials to get in.
> Access forms, the student handbook, master calendar, directories, and department or academic program information on Stout's internal web platform. Visit: stoutcloud.uwstout.edu > StoutCloud
> FYRO is a full-day event running from 7:45am 4:30pm. Students should select a date that allows them to be present for the entire day. > Guests and Guardians are fully encouraged to attend, but are not required. > Students and guests will be separated for most of the day. >Informational sessions will be provided for both students and guests on college transition, financial aid and tuition, campus safety, and dining services plus much more. >You will receive your laptop and BlueCard during FYRO! > First Year Registration & Orientation
> At First Year Registration & Orientation you'll be issued your laptop, for fall semester, giving your early access to the software and programs that you will be using as a student in the fall. > Laptop Distribution
