Our Career Services office is one of the best in the Midwest, offering enhanced services to support you through your career development. They have helped thousands of students like you take the next step from their undergraduate education to employment or graduate school. While you’re a student at UW-Stout, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a Career Services Counselor who specializes in your program area. You’ll also have access to our online employment portal, Handshake, which includes access to an employer database, several job boards, career events, on campus interviews, and databases of other career information. Handshake also provides students the opportunity to “earn while you learn” through paid co-ops and internships as well as many student employment opportunities on campus. Career Services will also invite you to attend our two annual career conferences, some of the largest in the Midwest, where many students secure internships, co-ops, and post-graduation employment.
