Helen and Alfred Siever Endowed Scholarship The Helen and Alfred Siever Endowed Scholarship was established through a bequest from their estate to assist students seeking a degree from UW-Stout. Helen Taylor Siever graduated from UW-Stout in 1940 with a degree in family and consumer educational services. These scholarships are unrestricted. The annual awards vary. This scholarship is awarded to a junior or senior construction major with a 2.5 GPA and financial need. The annual award is $600. Jace Pulskamp Sigma PI Fraternity, Inc. Endowed Scholarship Sigma Pi Fraternity disbanded on the Stout campus, and a portion of the profits received from the sale of the fraternity house provided this unrestricted scholarship.
