Stout University Foundation Scholarships

Cathy Krupp Huppert and Marlin Huppert Family and Consumer Sciences Education Annual Scholarship Cathy Krupp Huppert, a 1959 family and consumer educational services major, along with her husband, Marlin Huppert, established this scholarship in appreciation of the education Cathy received at UW-Stout. Cathy’s education provided a foundation for a successful 30-year career teaching family and consumer education in Reedsburg, Ellsworth and De Pere, Wis. The $1,000 scholarship is available to family and consumer science education majors. Josephine Finocchiaro Paul C. Husby Endowed Engineering Scholarship Paul Husby is a 1969 industrial technology graduate of UW-Stout. After graduation, Paul joined 3M, and worked both nationally and internationally, including over a decade in Europe and Latin America. Paul established this scholarship to honor and recognize the excellent education he received from UW-Stout, which allowed him to excel in his career at 3M. In 1995, Paul received the Distinguished Alumni Award from UW-Stout while he was managing director of 3M Brazil. This scholarship supports engineering majors from Dunn County or the St. Paul/ Minneapolis metropolitan area with demonstrated financial need. The annual award is $3,000. Andrew Falkenberg Dr. Richard and Glenda Huston Construction Endowed Scholarship In 1991, Chris Huston was the first student to graduate from UW-Stout with a major in construction. His parents, Richard Huston and Glenda Taylor Huston, appreciated the educational experiences Chris received at Stout and established this scholarship to honor both Chris and the construction faculty. The scholarship assists a junior or senior construction major. Annual awards are $1,800 each. Noah Gansluckner Olivia Grochow
