CTE Career & Technical Education Coordinator & Director of Instruction Concentration (online, graduate level) *Individuals hired under a WI Experience-based Technical and Vocational Education license may complete the Practical Skills for Beginning K-12 Career and Technical Educators certificate as the school district’s professional development curriculum, then continue into the online degree program in order to obtain certification for a Wisconsin Tier II teaching license. UW-Stout also offers a number of post-baccalaureate add on certifications for individuals with a previous education degree and who hold or are eligible to hold a Wisconsin Tier II license.
